The main idea of Pastor Paul's message was that the church is the antidote to loneliness and that we should strive to develop Christ-following friendships.
Genesis 2:18, Ecclesiastes 4:7-12, Luke 6:31, Zechariah 4:10, Proverbs 17:22, Proverbs 18:24, Proverbs 15:30
How can we be more vulnerable and open in our friendships?
Can you think of a time when God connected you with someone at the right time?
How can we serve while we wait for God to bring us the right friendships?
Today, Pastor Paul Feuerstein from Helena First continued the series "Better Together" by discussing the antidote to loneliness, which is found in the church. He emphasized the importance of initiating and developing friendships, and how it takes effort to find our way into the church. He also shared that relationships cannot be rushed, and that we should trust the Holy Spirit to lead us to the right people.
Initiate and be a great friend to others, following the golden rule of treating others how you would want to be treated.
Trust the Holy Spirit to lead you to the right people and be open to forming small groups to grow together.
