The main idea of Pastor Jon-Michael's message was to encourage us to share our personal testimonies as a means of spreading the Gospel. We learned that our stories, rooted in our experiences with God and Jesus, hold immense power. Reflecting on John 9, we saw how the blind man’s testimony was a powerful witness to Jesus’ work. We were challenged to think about what God has done in our lives and to recognize that our stories are not just about us, but about leading others to Christ. By sharing our experiences, we can invite others to come and listen, as Psalm 66:16 suggests, and ultimately help them discover the love and salvation found in Jesus.

What prevents us from sharing our testimonies with others?
In what ways can we support each other in sharing our stories?
Who in your life could benefit from hearing your story, and how can you approach them?
In the sermon, we were reminded to remember what God has done in our lives, just as the blind man did in John 9:1-2. Pastor Jon-Michael encouraged us not to be ashamed of our beginnings and to reflect on the trials God has brought us through. We also recognized the transformative power of Jesus, as the blind man proclaimed, ‘I was blind but now I see’ (John 9:25). This taught us that while we may not have all the answers about Jesus, we can share our personal experiences. Finally, we learned the importance of releasing our stories to help others find Jesus, echoing Psalm 66:16, which calls us to share our testimonies. Our stories ultimately point to Him and can lead others to faith.
Reflect on what God has brought you through and be unashamed to share it.
