How can we ensure that the faith of our generation isn't lost?
What is one way you can tell your kids and grandkids about the goodness of God in your life?
How can we ensure that our legacy is one of impact?
Pastor David Rials from Life United spoke on the importance of investing in the next generation and how we must remain faithful to God in order to pass on our faith to the next generation. He shared stories from the Book of Judges about Deborah, Jael, Gideon, Samson, Naomi and Ruth. He reminded us that we must fight with our faith and spoken words, and that we should tell our kids and grandkids of the goodness of God in our lives. He encouraged us to spend time with our children, use our talents to serve others, and serve God with our money. He concluded by saying that our legacy is about impact and that we should leave a mark on our generation by honoring the Lord with our time, talents, and treasure.
Invest in the generation we are raising now.
Honor the Lord with our time, talent, and treasure to leave a mark on our generation.
